Get your quilty friends together and book a memorable and productive private retreat through Olie & Evie!
Olie & Evie offers quilt retreats hosted by Rhonda throughout each year, but you are also more than welcome to book our retreat center (located in the shop) for your quilting group and friends!
Our retreat center accommodates 12 comfortably. All attendees will have their own 6 foot table to set up, spread out, and sew, sew, sew!
Rhonda will furnish an iron and ironing board, extension cords, 2 design walls, and a large cutting mat. It's a peaceful environment with excellent lighting, ample parking, and windows to look out. There are also two clean bathrooms and plenty of fresh country air if you need to step out and take a walk down the country road where we guarantee you'll see a friendly cow or two, as well as seasonal wildlife.

In the comfort of the retreat center is a small kitchenette with a sink/fridge, counter space, and paper supplies. There is a drink corner including Keurig, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and syrup & purees to make some fun refreshing drinks!

You can furnish your own meals or let Rhonda and her staff prepare wonderful, home cooked meals for you. She can offer 2 meals a day (lunch and dinner) during your stay so you don't have to drag any cooking/grocery supplies along or waste valuable sewing time by going out to eat.
And, best of all, you're right there in the quilt shop, just a few feet away from fabric, inspiration, and all the sewing things we love! Discounts are offered for attendees as well as help from our friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Costs for our retreat center is as follows:
6 attendees or less = $50 per day
7 to 12 attendees = $75 per day
Knowing that we have early birds and night owls -- you can arrange to sew as early as your eyes can open and as late before your head needs to hit the pillow. Make arrangements with Rhonda for a key to sew as you desire.

Meals are $30 per person per day for 2 meals (lunch and dinner). Breakfast and snacks will be on your own.
Options for overnight accommodations for small to large groups are available and located within approximately 1-3 miles from the shop.

A $100 non-refundable deposit, per person, is required at booking and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your private retreat date.
